Terms

Quotes: Provided free of charge.

Call Outs: There is no charge for call outs.

No Extra Charges: We do not charge the customer for traveling time, parking, or for the Congestion charge.

Guarantee: All our workmanship comes with a 12 month guarantee cover and materials are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Hourly Rate: Work is charged at an hourly rate excluding the cost of materials. Please note, there is a minimum charge of 1 hour and charged half hourly thereafter.

Materials: Are charged in addition to labour prices shown above. Any time spent by the engineer/plumber picking up materials for the customer is chargeable. We use local plumbing merchant, where possible and ensure the collection is organised as swiftly as possible. Materials over a value of £100.00 must be paid for prior to ordering.

Invoices:  An invoice will always be produced electronically and will clearly show a full description of the work carried out. It will also contain a breakdown of the cost of labour and the materials.

Payments: Payment must be made in full on completion of the job and on presentation of invoice.

Payment Methods: We accept Cash, Visa, Visa Debit, Solo, Maestro, and Mastercard. Credit Cards are subject to a 3% charge.

Validity: Rates correct as of Sep 2019.
